Common upload errors
Using one file for scanned and live photo steps
Upload the scanned photograph where requested and complete the separate live capture inside the NTA portal.
Signature falls below 10KB
Do not upload it until the file is inside the complete 10KB–50KB range and remains legible.
Face is partly hidden
Use a new source with the ears visible, no mask, and a plain white background.
