Uploaded files
Document and image tools may upload files to processing storage. Processing is automatic. Uploaded and generated files are removed by an automated cleanup task after the configured one-hour retention period. Do not upload documents you are not authorized to process, and avoid exceptionally sensitive documents unless the service is appropriate for your risk level.
Accounts
Basic public tools do not require signup. Separate login and administrative routes may exist, but they are not required for the basic conversion workflow.
Technical data
Hosting and application systems may record standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time, and error logs for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
First-party traffic analytics
After you allow analytics, we use a random session identifier stored for the lifetime of the browser tab to understand page visits, URLs viewed in that session, tool events, device category, referrer origin, and whether a session is currently active. We do not intentionally include IP addresses, full user-agent strings, file names, uploaded content, document text, form values, or URL query strings in this analytics database. Analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. The hosting server may separately keep standard security access logs.
