Security and processing overview
At UploadReady.in, privacy and data security are important. This page explains how files are handled when you use our processing and conversion tools.
One-hour file retention
Uploaded and generated files in processing storage are removed by an automated cleanup task after the configured one-hour retention period. Processing is automatic; do not upload documents you are not authorized to process.
1. Encryption in Transit
The public service uses HTTPS to encrypt data while it travels between your browser and the processing service. HTTPS reduces interception risk but does not make any online service risk-free.
2. Automated Processing
Normal conversions are performed automatically. Authorized infrastructure administrators may technically be able to access server storage when required for maintenance, security, abuse investigation, or incident response.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
Your files are your intellectual property. We do not use your files to train artificial intelligence models, nor do we extract or sell any data contained within them. Our service exists strictly to provide fast, reliable format conversions and file modifications.
4. No Account Required
Primary public tools do not require an account. The service still receives ordinary request data needed to operate and protect the website, so account-free use should not be described as guaranteed anonymity.
5. Infrastructure & Hosting
Files sent to server-based tools are processed automatically. Avoid uploading highly sensitive documents until retention and infrastructure controls are fully documented and independently verified.
