Signing on ruled or lined notebook paper

Always sign on blank white printer paper. Blue notebook lines confuse portal OCR filters.

Signing in capital / BLOCK letters

Most exams (especially banking like IBPS and SBI) strictly reject signatures written entirely in capital letters. Use running handwriting.

Over-cleaning causes signature strokes to break
